People relate to music. We like music for many reasons, but mainly, I think, because it makes us feel something. Whether it’s happy or sad or loved or lost or accepted or alone or hip or cool or whatever- it makes us feel something. Scott Cooper’s latest record, “Tiny Increments“, can make you feel everything, all the time. Cooper- nah, Coop- writes unselfish, from-the-heart songs which, though they may be written about something specific to him, can easily become personal to anyone else. “Tiny Increments” is a Choose Your Own Adventure record… as you work your way through each track, the story unfolds and the album shifts into a soundtrack to your life.

Scott Cooper has the wonderful ability to find beauty in every moment of life and his music completely reflects and extends this to whomever is lucky enough to come across “Tiny Increments“. Every listener is enlightened by beautiful melodies, charming harmonies, heartbreaking, thought-provoking, life-affirming lyrics and unbelievable general musical talent. (Players and contributors on the album include such musical geniuses as Adam Warner, Rob Szabo, Caroline Brooks, Alex McMaster and many others.)

Get your hands on “Tiny Increments” NOW- it’s that rare kind of record that can change you.

You know, if I hadn’t promised a whole review, I’d just write “Tiny Increments is a perfect record.” and leave it at that. It really does sum it up.
